นอกจากนี้ คนไทยนิยมรับชมคอนเทนต์ WeTV ผ่านอุปกรณ์ Home Entertainment มากขึ้น โดยมีสัดส่วนเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 30% เมื่อเทียบกับปีที่แล้ว โดยกลุ่มผู้ใช้มากถึง 70% เป็นผู้หญิง 30% เป็นผู้ชาย กลุ่มอายุหลักคือ 18-44 ปี รองลงมาคือ 45-54 ปี 11% 55-64 ปี 6% และ 65 ปีขึ้นไป 4%
การเข้าถึงบริการของผู้ใช้จะถูกใช้ผ่านแอปมือถือมากที่สุด 80% ตามมาด้วยแอปทีวีที่ 14% ซึ่งเป็นช่องทางที่มีการเติบโตมากที่สุดถึง 30% เมื่อเทียบเป็นรายปี ส่วนช่องทางสุดท้ายเว็บขั้นต่ำคือ 6% กลุ่มผู้ใช้ VIP MAU (ผู้ใช้งานรายเดือน) เติบโต 100% และการเติบโตของรายได้จากบริการสมัครสมาชิกในไทยเติบโต 62%

สัดส่วนผู้ใช้วีไอพี ในแต่ละวันมีสัดส่วนประมาณ 25% โดยตั้งเป้าดันตัวเลขเป็น 50% จากกลยุทธ์การจัดแพ็คเกจหลายรายการเพื่อเจาะและเข้าถึงความต้องการของผู้บริโภคโดยตรงที่สุด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นราคาแพ็กเกจเดือนละ 129 บาท ราคา 339 บาท 3 เดือน หรือราคา 1,200 บาทต่อปี
ส่วนเนื้อหา ถ้าเป็นคอนเทนต์อนิเมะที่มีสัดส่วน 21% จากคอนเทนต์ทั้งหมด ก็จะเป็นกลุ่มผู้ชายอายุ 18-34 ปี ที่รับชมมากที่สุดถึง 50% ส่วนคอนเทนต์จีน โดยมีสัดส่วนมากถึง 55% ของเนื้อหาทั้งหมด โดยจะเป็นกลุ่มผู้หญิงอายุ 25-44 ปี ที่มีสัดส่วนการดูมากที่สุดถึง 80% ในขณะที่ซีรีส์ไทยมีสัดส่วน 24% ของเนื้อหาทั้งหมด โดยจะเป็นกลุ่มผู้หญิงอายุ 18-34 ปี ที่ดูมากที่สุด สัดส่วน 90%
